Nice, After riding the Lenzsport 6 inch travel 29 inch wheel bikes on the Whole Enchalada trail this is the only way to go. The bike handled very well and was a total blast to bomb porcupine rim on. If you could test ride one of these you would see the difference. My vote goes for the 29er’s.

Probably not the best thing to be knocking on 29ers on a “shop” blog. Just sayin…In 10 years or less, any shop that doesn’t actively pursue the 29er market will be losing a big chunck of revenue. I’ll go out on a limb here and say the 36er won’t catch on any time soon with the MTBer crowd. Maybe for the bike path enthusiasts? Can you imagine how fast you could get going on that thing? I saw it at the 24HOM and it blew my mind, it was like watching a circus freak walk by, everyone was pointing.
